Mountain Lion Mates Original

Inspired by watching of a pair of captive Mountain Lions playfully interacting with each other, I wanted to bring out a social side to these big cats that few people get to see.

Rather than focusing on their solitary hunting nature, this illustration portrays a deeply tender, social side of these big cats through their expressive eyes, close positioning, and interaction.

Rendered with touchable texture in every strand of fur, this piece brings a warm presence to any home or office.

Note: One tiny difference between this original and the print is the placement of my signature.
